Airport - Hotel Transfer Service

Terms and Conditions

- If no specific merchant name is provided, all references to merchants below refer to 「S.T. Travel」. - The DBS Treasures Limousine Services Programme is applicable to selected DBS Treasures customers who meet the designated criteria only ( the “Eligible DBS Customer”). - DBS Treasures Limousine Services Booking Code (the "Booking Code") can be used once and will be invalid after the specific validity date. - For redemption of the limousine services, an Eligible DBS Customer is required to submit their limousine services booking request using the Booking Code through the Online Booking Form of the merchant at least 48 hours prior to the intended use of the limousine services. Merchant will then contact the customer to arrange the services directly. - To cancel or reschedule a booked limousine service, an Eligible DBS Customer must notify the merchant at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled services; otherwise, the booking will be treated as used, and the Eligible DBS Customer is not allowed to rebook the services. - The provision of Hong Kong airport car transfer services is subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. - Bookings and selected car models are subject to availability. The merchant reserves the final right of decision in case of any disputes. - For this promotional service, 7-seater vehicles will be Toyota Alphard/Vellfire or Mercedes Benz V-Class. The final model is subject to actual availability. The merchant reserves the right to substitute with a vehicle of equivalent class. - If a flight arrival is delayed, the provision of airport transfer services is subject to actual circumstances. - All prices are quoted in HKD. - The blackout dates include 1 October 2026, 25 December 2026, 27 December 2026, 31 December 2026 , 1 January 2027 and 4 - 9 February 2027. - **Free waiting time:** 60 minutes from flight arrival time for airport pick-ups; 15 minutes for airport drop-offs or other one-way services. A waiting fee of HKD 300 per hour (or part thereof) will be charged for overtime. - Additional stops or pick-up/drop-off points: Each additional location is chargeable. Within the same Hong Kong district: HKD 100; across different Hong Kong districts: HKD 200. A separate quotation will be provided for locations that are not en route. For additional stops in Mainland China, a separate quotation based on the distance will be provided. - A special period surcharge of HKD 250 applies for Cross-Border Limousine Services between 22:00 and 06:59. - A special period surcharge of HKD 150 applies for Hong Kong Local Limousine Services between 00:00 and 05:59. - Airport meet & greet service with name board: HKD 150. - Baby/Child seat: HKD 200 each. (Hong Kong law mandates that all children under 8 years old (calculated by birth date, before their 8th birthday) and under 1.35 meters in height must use a child restraint device (e.g., safety seat). If a baby/child seat was not requested at the time of booking but is required on-site, the merchant reserves the right to refuse service.) - If vehicles cannot operate safely due to the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, or other weather conditions, the merchant has absolute discretion to suspend services based on special circumstances. If both passenger and driver agree to proceed, an extra surcharge will apply: 150% of the car charter fee for cross-border services, an extra surcharge of HKD 500 will apply for local services. - The merchant is not responsible for loss or damage to passengers' luggage and will not handle related claims. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. However, if loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the merchant's staff, the maximum compensation per incident is HKD 300. - Passengers carrying multiple or large pieces of luggage are advised to notify the merchant in advance for proper arrangements. - The merchant reserves the right to add or cancel any terms without prior notice and retains the final right of interpretation and decision regarding all terms. - For any inquiries, please contact us by phone: (852) 6888 6470 or email: operations@sttravel.hk.
