^15 minutes free waiting time for transfer pickup (Airport Arrival Pickup different waiting time will applies), afterward cardholders will be charged HKD 300 per hour by the Merchant ("Waiting Surcharge"). ^"No Show" will be charged 100% of service fee and applicable "Waiting Surcharge" to cardholders for departure transfer when no show up after 1 hour of waiting time from scheduled pickup time. ^60 minutes free waiting time for arrival transfer upon landing, afterward cardholders will be charged HKD 300 per hour by the Merchant ("Waiting Surcharge"). ^"No Show" will be charged 100% of service fee and applicable "Waiting Surcharge" to cardholders for arrival transfer when no show up after 2 hour of waiting time from scheduled flight ETA. ^Airport Greeting Fee will be charged HKD 150 per pickup. ^En-route Surcharge will be charged to cardholders with "Same District" of HKD 100 per stop or "Cross District" of HKD 200 per stop or "Non-Routed Stop" as per separate quotation. Whether the stop is en-route or not is subject to the Merchant's decision. ^The rate is inclusive of the luggage handling charges, tunnel & bridge tolls. Midnight charge of HKD 250 will be applied after 22:00 hour & before 06:59 hour. ^Cancellation fee will be on 100% service fee charged to cardholders within 24 hours notice prior to scheduled pickup. Cancellation notice before 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up will incurred HKD 100 administrative fee from refund amount.

^The Offer is valid from 1 September 2025 to 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period"). The blackout dates include October 1, 2025; October 8, 2025; December 28, 2025; December 31, 2025; January 1, 2026; February 15–20, 2026. The booking window is open up to 90 days in advance prior to intended pickup. ^Promotion is subject to availability and must be pre-booked by the cardholders through the Promotion Booking Hotline +852 6888 6470 or Designated Email mastercard@sttravel.hk or Designated Webpage at least 48 hours prior to the intended pickup. Any booking received outside of this timeline will be granted at the discretion of the owners/operators of the Merchant. ST Travel Service Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes. ^Each eligible cardholders can enjoy preferential member offer during the promotion period. ^The airport transfer service is subject to availability and provided on first-come first-served basis. ^Offer reservation and choice of limousine model are subject to availability. ST Travel Service Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes. ^Cardholders are required to present and settle payment, including deposit (if any) with valid designated credit card Principal or Supplementary card issued in Hong Kong & Macau using nominated payment channel to enjoy offers. ^The airport transfer service will be offer depending on the traffics & bad weather conditions. ^Flight delays for arrival transfer, the transfer service will be subject to availability. ^Cardholders shall call the Merchant at least 24 hours before the appointment for any amendment or cancellation. The Merchant will also charge the total fee for no show of the cardholders. All amendment is subject to availability and final written confirmation by Merchant. ^Promotion is not transferable, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts. ^When black rain storm" warning or typhoon signal no.8 (or higher) is hoisted. ST Travel Service Company Limited reserved the right to make the final decision to pick up/drop off in case of any risks. In case of continuation of service under extreme weather, surcharge of 150% on original service fee will applies. ^Oversized or excessive luggage shall notify Merchant in advance. Cardholders are solely responsible to luggage safety, the Merchant will not account any responsibility for loss or damages. Despite the maximum liability for any dispute related to luggage is limited to HKD 300 per transfer. ^Partner Credit Card and ST Travel Service Company Limited reserve the right to amend, change or cancel any detail or information concerning the offer or these terms and conditions, without prior notice. ^In case of any dispute, the decision of Partner Credit Card and ST Travel Service Company Limited shall be final and binding. ^General terms and conditions apply. ^If any urgent matters, Promotion cardholders can call ST Travel Hotline (852) 6888 6470 or (852) 6888 6476.
