Services cover local journeys within Hong Kong, Hong Kong International Airport transfers, and cross-border travel between Hong Kong and selected destinations in Guangdong Province. Whether for daily travel, medical appointments, family visits or leisure trips, arrangements can be made in advance according to each passenger's needs.
Our accessible vehicles are equipped with a wheelchair lift for easier boarding and alighting, together with a secure wheelchair restraint system and priority seating at the front. Family members and accompanying passengers can travel together, reducing the need to arrange separate transport.

The vehicle can accommodate up to 6 passengers, or 1 wheelchair user with 3 accompanying passengers. Actual arrangements depend on wheelchair dimensions, luggage quantity and journey requirements. Service Coverage
Local Hong Kong Transfers
Available for daily travel, medical appointments, family visits, hotel transfers, event attendance and other point-to-point journeys. We will arrange the vehicle according to the pick-up and drop-off locations, wheelchair requirements and number of accompanying passengers, helping to reduce the inconvenience of changing between different forms of public transport.
Hong Kong International Airport Transfers
Available for both airport pick-up and drop-off, travelling between Hong Kong International Airport and hotels, residences or other destinations. Simply provide your flight details and passenger requirements when booking, and we can arrange a suitable accessible vehicle in advance.
Cross-Border Transfers Between Hong Kong and Guangdong
Accessible cross-border transfers are available between Hong Kong and selected destinations in Guangdong Province, including Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Dongguan and Guangzhou, making it easier for wheelchair users to travel with family members or companions.
The most suitable border crossing will be arranged according to the destination and actual route, including Shenzhen Bay, Huanggang, Man Kam To, Liantang or the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. If a passenger needs to remain in the vehicle during immigration clearance, a request may be made at the border. Approval is subject to the actual circumstances and the decision of the immigration officer on duty.
Who Is This Service Suitable For?
In addition to wheelchair users, the service is suitable for elderly passengers who require easier boarding and alighting, as well as passengers who may find conventional vehicles difficult to use due to physical condition, injury or other mobility limitations. Family members and accompanying passengers can travel together for added convenience and assistance throughout the journey.
